Hey loves !

It’s been quite a while since I came on here and shared a post so as NYE is right around the corner, I wanted to share a couple of looks that would be great for the occasion depending on your night plans. The look I’m sharing today is perfect for a get-together at a friend’s house.

I went with all an white look with clear shoes, and let my only pops of color be my kimono, choker and lipstick.

The great thing about an all-(name one color) look (when the clothes are tight-fitting) is that it tends to make you look taller, and for a short person, that’s usually something that I aim for.

I paired my all white outfit with this sheer blue velvet kimono to add a little more sophistication. The kimono itself isn’t what adds the sophistication, it’s the fact that it’s velvet that does the trick 😉 I’ve picked this denim choker which I really love but wear to the side to let my neck appear because I have a short neck and a thick choker like that will have me looking like #NoNeckBenzino (All my Love & Hip Hop watchers know what I’m talking about lol)

The tassels on the kimono add a little playful touch to the outfit. & last but not least, my clear heels further elongate my silhouette so you know.. that’s a plus !
